PERSONAL TRAINING – Emphasis on Posture, Core Strength and Functional Fitness. Sessions are tailored to the requirements of the individual. Programs designed with consultation with allied Health Professionals (where required).
GROUP EXERCISE – A range of Group Exercise Sessions available. Bootcamp, Strength Training, Running, Intermediate and Introductory sessions also available (see timetable).
RUNNING – In-depth analysis of Running technique. Intervals, Tempo Runs and Fun Runs. First time Runners to Advanced are all welcome.
HOME WORKOUTS – Brad will bring the workout to you, with a range of resistance bands, bodyweight exercises and stability equipment. Brad will teach you how to utilise your home space to achieve maximum health benefits.
